We offer following shipping options for delivery within U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses. Only USPS offers delivery to P.O. Boxes.

• FedEx: Priority Overnight

Product Processing:

We ship most orders the same day. However sometimes, during especially busy periods, it may take up to 3 days to ship the item.

Shopping at Bene Gifts you can be sure that you will be completely satisfied with the gifts that you buy from us. We write a detailed item description for each item we sell and we are always ready to answer any questions that you might have about our products (we usually respond to emails within 4 hours from the time it was submitted). But if for some reason you bought something that you do not particularly like – we will exchange it on another item from our store or issue a full refund of your money. It is that simple!

Refunding Delivery Charges:

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping fees as those money go to USPS or FedEx and they do not refund us. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped from us, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.

Timeline for Return:

To receive a full refund you should contact us and ask for refund within ten days after you receive the item.

Return Instructions:

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
2. Obtain a gift return number (GR*). CLICK HERE to submit GR request form.
3. Please fill out GR number and reason for return at the bottom of packing slip.
4. Ship the package to the following address via USPS.
